Humanity’s foulest, most dangerous and often most widely downplayed environmental threat is the routine disposal of trash, garbage, waste biomass and sewage via open dumping, landfills, incinerators and wastewater treatment plants. People who think these archaic and inefficient waste management are safe.ways to dispose of billions of tons of carbon wastes around the clock, 24/7/365 worldwide, aren’t paying attention to environmental reality. Recycling as commonly practiced is woefully insufficient and there’s a huge and growing need to raise the bar of technology expectations, and not just in New Orleans, Louisiana.
